About us

StartUp Access was founded by two repeat entrepreneurs, graduates of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). We are passionate about entrepreneurship and believe it plays a critical role in expanding world economy, creating jobs and building an inspired society where people can maximize the impact of what they do.


Sergey Gribov (Managing Partner)

Sergey is an experienced serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in IT, software development, customer support, operations and general management. He held a wide range of technical positions from hands-on ones to such roles as CTO and CIO in biotech, finance, telecommunications (VoIP) and e-commerce. Sergey’s diverse background enables him to bring perspective from different industries. Sergey is one of the founders of AB Systems, a software company in Enterprise Assets Management space. He is also the President of Webiki, a virtual world for kids, as well as the Managing Director at Minerva Capital Partners. Sergey earned an MBA from Sloan Fellows program at MIT Sloan School of Management. He also has B.S. in Computer Science Cum Laude from Beer-Sheva University in Negev.

Yelena Kadeykina (Managing Partner)

Yelena offers over ten years of experience in business development, online marketing, as well as both analytical and applied market research across diverse industries. Before launching StartUp Access, Yelena worked as Director of Marketing at Pixability, an innovative video marketing company based in Cambridge, MA. She is also a co-founder of an international logistics company ASI, and has worked as a consultant for a number of organizations, including the World Bank. Yelena serves as a Board Member of MIT Enterprise Forum of Russia, and holds an MBA degree from MIT Sloan School of Management, and B.A in Economics and Art History with Honors from Brandeis University.
